About the house booking conditions and cancellation policy
To confirm a reservation, you must make a 30% deposit of the total price and send a photo of the receipt to the phone numbers provided or to [email protected] . This deposit must be made within three business days of the reservation being accepted. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the reservation and the possibility of it being given to other guests.
If the reservation is canceled one month before the check-in date, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
If the reservation is canceled between 29 and 15 days before the check-in date, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
